We are thrilled to give you a sneak peek of our new Spring menu, launching 1st April!

Our chefs have been hard at work crafting delicious and innovative dishes that are sure to tantalize your tastebuds, such as Wild Garlic Asparagus Risotto with Toasted Pine Nuts and Parmesan Shavings.

From fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to creative cooking methods, our new menu is a celebration of flavours.

The end result of the work is a triumph; every aspect of the site and the building looks stunning and works together to make optimum use of everything there.

The Hot Smoked “Chalk Stream” Trout was simply divine and the tastiest dish I have experienced in a very long time.

The fresh food served was a perfect match for the setting; completing the experience for us on the evening, and we will be back!

What amazing place to visit. This will now be my number one go to establishment.
