The River Test
The River Test is world famous for chalk stream fishing, and at 39 miles long offers plenty of scenic spots to settle for the day. The River Test is regarded by many as the birthplace of modern fly fishing, making it a must-visit location for fishing novices and professionals alike.
After a long day by the river, return to The Duke on The Test for a warm, hearty meal and a few drinks in our pub, before retiring to one of our luxurious ensuite bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep - ready to head to the river again the next day!
