This February half-term, one child eats free with the purchase of every adult's main meal when staying with us at The Duke on The Test.

Little Duke's Menu

Our Little Duke’s menu has tasty meals that even the pickiest eaters will enjoy, perfect to refuel after a day filled with family fun! So, if you are looking for ways to keep the kids entertained this February half-term, why not book a break in the heart of the beautiful Test Valley? Located in the stunning Hampshire countryside, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife for the family to explore together.

Local Walks

We recommend burning off excess energy with a local walk; from gentle strolls along the River Test, straight from The Duke on The Test, to more challenging hikes, there are plenty of ways to have a wonderful time in the great outdoors.

Paultons Park

We are also a convenient ten-minute drive from Paultons Park, an exciting theme park with 70 rides and attractions that the whole family will enjoy. After a Peppa Pig packed day, return to our beautiful country inn for a delicious meal in our pub and restful night sleep in our luxurious ensuite rooms.

The end result of the work is a triumph; every aspect of the site and the building looks stunning and works together to make optimum use of everything there.

The Hot Smoked “Chalk Stream” Trout was simply divine and the tastiest dish I have experienced in a very long time.

The fresh food served was a perfect match for the setting; completing the experience for us on the evening, and we will be back!

What amazing place to visit. This will now be my number one go to establishment.
